Josh Heine

JOSH HEINE is a graduate of Tisch School of the Arts at New York University where he studied at Atlantic Theater Company Acting School, Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, and Stonestreet School of Film and Television. Josh has appeared in IAMA’s Production of The Accidental Blond by Lesley Headland as well as a number of new work readings. Other theater credits include the world premier ofMy First Time and the co-lead in Jewtopia, Diving Normal at Fringe NYC (Outstanding ensemble award for 2006). Josh understudied the title character in Wendy Wasserstein’s last play, Third, at Lincoln Center, and starred in Sickopposite Andre DeShields at the Summer Play Festival. Regional credits includePicnic (Baltimore Centerstage) and Women and Wallace (Williamstown Theatre Festival). Laura Holloway

LAURA HOLLOWAY was most recently seen on the IAMA stage in IAMAfest 2013- Ivana Shein’s Single.  Theater credits include:  IAMAfest 2012, Reverb (U/S Ivy), The Women (NY), Love’s Fire (NY), Leader of the Pack. Film credits: The upcoming Loser’s Crown, Without Ward, The Famous Joe Project (Official Selection Outfest 2012), The Black Belle, Carlos Spills the Beans & Death in Love. TV credits: Enlisted, Brothers & Sisters.  Laura is a graduate of the Atlantic Acting School in NYC.

Tina Huang

TINA HUANG is a first generation Taiwanese-American actress born in Dallas, TX and was raised in Chinatown and the Lower East Side of New York City. She is the daughter of an insurance broker and a travel agent. Tina attended LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts and then went on to graduate from NYU Tisch School of the Arts focusing in acting, directing and design at Playwrights Horizons. She also completed a two year Meisner Training program at Baron Brown Studios in Santa Monica, CA. Tina’s recent TV credits include: a recurring role on Rizzoli & Isles (TNT), a series regular role on Nickelodeon’s Hollywood Heights, and Guest Starring on shows such as: The Night Shift (NBC), CSI(CBS), Switched at Birth (ABC Family), The Office (NBC), Kroll Show (Comedy Central), Criminal Minds (CBS), House, M.D (Fox), and Law & Order: Los Angeles (NBC).  Her films include: Larry Crown, Drive, and independent films:Pig Hunt, and Tenderloin. Her stage credits include an award winning production of Amy Tan’s Immortal Heart that went on a west coast tour and a French Tour.  In 2010 she co-wrote and co-produced Oregon Trail Live! A 4D, 8-bit Adventurethat played to sold out crowds in Los Angeles. In January 2012, she was in the production of Fairy Tale Theatre: 18 & Over which garnered rave reviews from various publications including the LA Times and LA Weekly. Tina continues to perform in this show today. Fairy Tale Theatre: 18 & Over was invited to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2015 in which she will be performing in August. She is also a founding member and co-artistic director of Ammunition Theatre Company whose mission is to propel underrepresented voices into the forefront through original work and re-imagined classics. Ammunition Theatre Company had a successful one-act festival and plans to launch its premiere full length season Fall 2015. The company also partners with a community organization each year, this year is My Friend’s Place; an organization that provides services to homeless youth in Los Angeles. The company members each volunteers and run workshops with the youth. The workshops will culminate in a performance stemming from the work produced by the youth. Tina is grateful to be added to the IAMA family and cannot wait to continue to grow the LA theatre community.

Bailey Humiston

Bailey Humiston, a born-and-raised Buffalonian, moved to Los Angeles in January of 2016 immediately after graduating a semester early from the University at Buffalo. With a BFA in Music Theatre and an eagerness to work, Bailey made her LA theatre debut that summer in Orange Is The New Musical: An Unauthorized Parody as Piper Chapman at the Whitefire Theatre. Other LA credits include: Bad Jews (Melody), Songs For A New World (Woman One) and the IAMA Reading Series, in which she participated in the staged reading of Dooley Street: Between the Sandbar and the Shore by Brian Otaño. Buffalo credits include: Legally Blonde: The Musical (Elle Woods), Spring Awakening (Ilse), Les Miserables (Cosette) and Sexual Perversity in Chicago (Joan). In the film world, Bailey has acted in two 48 Hour Film projects, as well as many short films throughout LA.

Alexis Jacknow

Alexis Jacknow is a Los Angeles based, multidisciplinary storyteller. 

As a writer and director, she has had projects optioned, developed, and distributed by FOX, Hulu, Amazon, and TeenNick.  Her debut short film, AGAIN, played fests all over the world including the Tribeca, Napa Valley, and Heartland film festivals.

As an actor, Alexis' career spans film, television, theater, and dozens of national commercials.

She holds a B.F.A. in Acting from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and sits on faculty as a Lecturer at UCLA's Department of Theater. Alexis is a proud member of SAG/AFTRA/AEA & SDC.

Andria Kozica is a native of Chicago and graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Anna LaMadrid is an award-winning actor/writer born in Caracas, Venezuela. She completed a 2-Year Conservatory Meisner Training with Maggie Flanigan in New York and received her MFA from the University of Washington. She is an alumna of the Disney Discovers Showcase. She is the owner of Put Me On Self-Tape - an audition/self-tape coaching studio based in LA. In 2021, she founded The New Triple Threat--the first online actor training membership program. Her solo show, The Oxy Complex, was produced by IAMA Theatre in 2021. John Lavelle

Originally from New York, John Lavelle spent much of his career appearing on Broadway, Off-Broadway, Regionally, and at The Royal Shakespeare Company. He is the author of several plays including Inhalation (Max Lerner Award, O’Neill Finalist), Sinner’s Laundry (Ovation recommended), Would Coulda Shoulda (IAMA Reunion), Forever Brentwood (23 Hour Playfest), Love in the time of Robots (One Day Plays) and his work has appeared in the ABC Discovers Talent Showcase. John received a Drama Desk Award for his performance in The Royale at The Lincoln Center Theatre. He has appeared on TV and Film in numerous roles, most notably portraying Roy Reed in Ava DuVernay’s Academy Award nominated film Selma. As a voice artist, John has worked for Disney, Netflix, Dreamworks and is voice of the beloved children’s book series Nate the Great which gives him major street credit with his children. He is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and he performs regularly with his Improv team Some Kinda Monster at The Upright Citizens Brigade. John is grateful to have worked as an Assistant Stage Manager, Props Master, Technical Director, Assistant Director, Actor, Playwright, and Director for IAMA.

Sharon Lawrence

You may know Sharon Lawrence from multiple nominated and SAG Award winning portrayal of ADA Sylvia Costas Sipowitz in NYPD Blue, as a stay-at-home prostitute in Desperate Housewives and a murderous realtor on Monk, as a serial killer on Law and Order:SVU, coming to terms with her long lost daughter on Rizzoli & Isles, bantering with Alfred Molina on Ladies Man or beating up Larry David on Curb Your Enthusiasm. Sharon grew up in Charlotte and Raleigh North Carolina, graduated form UNC-CH with a degree in Journalism and spent her college summers doing musicals in summer stock. She became an Actors Equity Member in 1984 and a SAG-AFTRA member in 1987. Recent work includes Blunt Talk opposite Sir Patrick Stewart and an arc on NBC's upcoming series Game Of Silence. Recent film includes Solace opposite Sir Anthony Hopkins, Of Music and Mind with Joaquim De Almeda and Aunjanue Ellis and award winning The Bridge Partner with Beth Grant. An accomplished stage actress, Sharon played twenty different women in the Coward cabaret Love, Noel at the Wallis. At the Pasadena Playhouse she starred in Noel Coward's final play, A Song at Twilight and as Vivian Leigh in Orson's Shadow -(Ovation nomination, winner LA Drama Critics Circle Award). At the Taper she created the role of Maureen in the premier of Theresa Rebeck's Poor Behavior and was featured Carl Reiner's gala Enter Laughing. Broadway credits include Cabaret, Fiddler On The Roof and as Velma Kelly in Chicago. Colleen Labella is a Los Angeles based director and producer. Directing credits include: a journey through minimalism at the Walt Disney Concert Hall with the LA Philharmonic, Lincoln 2020 for the Hollywood Fringe Festival, Toyer at the Hudson Theatre, and an LGBT retelling of Almost, Maine. Associate director credits: Canyon and Cult of Love (IAMA Theatre), The Cake (Geffen Playhouse), His Girl Friday (Connecticut Repertory Theatre). Training: University of Connecticut (BFA), the Experimental Theatre Wing at NYU Tisch, Shakespeare's Globe. Colleen is the creative director for Leslye Headland's production company, Shoot to Midnight.
